Countertops for builders, remodelers & property managers

Countertops planned around your job schedule.

Share plans, unit counts, access notes, and timing so Candys can prepare a commercial quote path around the real scope. One shop contact keeps the project moving from first measure to written quote.

Homeowner? Get a countertop price range

Commercial work gets a scoped quote.

The homeowner estimator is built for kitchen and vanity ranges. Commercial jobs price off plans, unit counts, access, and timing - so we build your quote from the real scope, not a one-size guess.

The configured commercial starting point is $14 per installed square foot for fabrication/install review only; it is not an all-in material quote.

Built for contractors

Built to keep your project moving.

  • A direct shop handoff for commercial scope, not a call center.
  • Bilingual crew coordination on every job site.
  • Measurement and material review before the written quote.
  • We plan around your build schedule, not ours.

Commercial quote priorities

Schedule, scope, and budget clarity.

Three things a countertop sub should never make you worry about.

Schedule-aware

Candys uses your timing, access windows, and unit count to plan the quote around the job schedule.

Scope-specific

Every unit matches - the same stone direction and finish across the whole property.

Budget-aware

Written pricing separates known scope from items that need measurement, material availability, or site confirmation.

Recent commercial work

Counters built for public use.

Who this is for

Details-first quote paths for larger scopes.

Use this route when the job depends on plans, repeated layouts, commercial access, or a contractor schedule.

Commercial counters

Service bars, reception counters, offices, retail counters, and other public-use surfaces.

Repeat units

Apartment, investor, or multifamily turns where the same layout may repeat across several units.

Plan-backed scopes

Jobs with drawings, takeoffs, site rules, or staged access that should not be priced like a simple home kitchen.

How it works

From plans to installed counters.

  1. Send the scope

Share your plans, unit count, timeline, and stone direction in one short form.

  2. Measure and lock pricing

Candys reviews the job, confirms measurements, and prepares written pricing for the approved scope.

  3. Install on your date

We fabricate and install on the schedule we agree on, then walk the punch list with you.

What Candys needs to review.

The form keeps the first pass focused on the details that change a commercial quote most often.

  • Project city and basic contact route.
  • Unit count or repeated layout count when available.
  • Timeline, access windows, or construction schedule notes.
  • Stone direction, plans, fixture needs, and notes.
  • Anything else that affects the price or timeline.

Common questions

What contractors ask before the first job.

How fast can you turn a job?

It depends on stone availability and job size. We give you a real timeline up front and plan the install around your schedule - we do not promise a date we cannot hold.

Who does the measuring and install?

A Candys shop contact coordinates measurement and review, and the fabrication/install crew follows the written scope.

Can you match counters across many units?

Yes. For multifamily and repeat layouts we keep stone direction and finish consistent across every unit so the property looks uniform.

How do pricing and payment work?

You get a written per-unit quote after measurement so you can bid with confidence. Payment and any deposit terms are set in that written quote.

Commercial handoff

Request a scoped volume quote.

The request goes through the same provider-safe lead path as the rest of the site. If durable capture is unavailable in production, the app still fails closed.

After you send it

Candys goes over your scope and follows up by phone or email to plan the next step, usually within one business day.

  • Your job is handled as commercial or multi-unit work, not a home kitchen.
  • Your city, unit count, timeline, and notes stay attached to the request.
  • A written quote follows measurement, scope confirmation, and material review.
Start with name and phone

Add the best callback number first. The city and project details follow.

Format: (214) 555-1234 or +1 214 555 1234

Add routing details

Start with the project address if you have it. City and timing still help route the request.

Optional for now. Start typing the address and choose a suggestion when one matches; city and ZIP can still be typed.

Choose the closest source so we can measure what is working.

Consultation preference

Add timing details or special requests in the project notes.

Customer text updates are not active yet. Candys will follow up by phone; SMS can be offered after provider and A2P approval.
